Josh Ritter Unveils Ethereal Single 'Wild Ways'

Josh Ritter has debuted a new single titled "Wild Ways," which serves as the fourth preview of his upcoming album, I Believe in You, My Honeydew. Scheduled for release on September 12, 2025, this marks Ritter's 13th studio album, following his 2024 project, Heaven, or Someplace as Nice. The album, produced by Sam Kassirer, has already teased listeners with earlier singles such as "You Won't Dig My Grave," "Noah?s Children," and "Truth is a Dimension (Both Invisible and Blinding)."

Joined by his Royal City Band, Ritter's latest track, "Wild Ways," explores themes of embracing the positive aspects of human nature and letting them lead us to experiences filled with joy and wonder. He describes it as a call to welcome the influences of those we love and the ethereal, suggesting that surrendering to these forces can open up new realms of beauty in life. In addition to the single release, Ritter is preparing for a fall tour to promote the album.
